Plain-language baseline. Product-specific merchant and partner agreements may add or replace terms for an enabled service.
1. Operator and acceptance
PayDrion is a payment-technology platform operated by GROOTS TECHNOEDGE PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing the website or an enabled service, the user agrees to these terms and any additional agreement applicable to the account or product.
If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that service and relationship.
2. Product status and regulatory boundary
Website descriptions explain intended technology capabilities and do not by themselves create access, pricing, service levels or regulatory approval. Payment methods and financial APIs are enabled only after due diligence, contracting and required bank, network or authorised-partner approval.
PayDrion does not claim to be authorised by the Reserve Bank of India as a Payment Aggregator unless a current, verifiable statement is expressly published for the relevant legal entity.
3. Account responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, maintain authorised contacts, apply appropriate internal access controls and notify PayDrion promptly of suspected compromise.
Actions performed through valid credentials may be treated as authorised subject to the agreement, security evidence and applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
The website or platform must not be used for unlawful goods or services, deception, sanctions evasion, unauthorised third-party collection, undisclosed remittance, card credential storage, account takeover, transaction laundering, cash-out schemes or attempts to bypass product and partner controls.
Actual or suspected misuse may lead to review, restriction, suspension, reporting or termination as permitted by contract and law.
5. Transactions and settlement
A request acknowledgment is not always final proof of payment or payout. Merchants must verify the authoritative status through the prescribed server-side method before fulfilment or balance release.
Settlement, fees, reserves, holds, reversals, refunds and disputes are governed by the signed commercial schedule, partner rules, transaction evidence and applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
PayDrion names, marks, interface elements, documentation and software are owned by or licensed to GROOTS TECHNOEDGE PRIVATE LIMITED. No licence is granted except the limited right required to use an approved service under contract.
Merchant names and marks remain the merchant's property, subject to permissions needed to present the configured payment experience.
7. Availability and liability
PayDrion works to provide resilient services but does not promise uninterrupted availability of external banks, networks, issuers, telecom systems or partner APIs. Planned maintenance, risk controls and legal requirements can also affect access.
Liability exclusions and caps, where lawful, are set out in the signed agreement. Nothing in these website terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Suspension, termination and changes
Access may be restricted for security risk, inaccurate onboarding information, suspected misuse, partner direction, legal requirement, non-payment or material contract breach.
Terms may change as products and law evolve. Material commercial changes to an active service follow the notice process in the signed agreement.
9. Governing law and contact
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the competent courts identified in the applicable contract.
